EXPERIENCE

Founder and Owner Will Spencer has been coaching and project managing boats for 15 years.

He is a qualified Yachtmaster Instructor, Powerboat Instructor, Keelboat Instructor & holds a Yachtmaster Ocean Certificate all through the MCA & Royal Yachting Association.

Will also works alongside the World Cruising Club advising on safety and general preparation for Bluewater sailing before and during their events, including the ARC rally.

He has sailed all over including the British Isles, Biscay, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean - but there are plenty more on the bucket list.

OUR PURPOSE

Established in 2016, the goal of White Dot sailing is simple - to give adventurous yacht owners the support they need to fulfil their sailing dreams - whether that is cruising the Solent or a circumnavigation.

We draw on the lessons we've learned from our own ocean sailing, from eight years on the World Cruising Club Safety Inspection team and having helped 100's of boats prepare for bluewater sailing adventures.
