We can efficiently and effectively project manage your yacht build or guide you through:

• System upgrades and whether to complete them during or after the build

• Organise and accompany you on factory visits at the key intervals

• Provide independent advice on specification and extras offered by the boat builder.

• Identify issues early to shorten handover timescales and reduce warranty issues.

New boats (like new houses) will often have 50-100 points for rectification. We know where to look to identify and log them with the builder early, to reduce safety issues and speed up rectification.

• Use industry-recognised software to log each problem with severity, supporting comments, pictures and videos

• Provide the broker or yacht builder with a detailed list and monitor remedial works.

• Work with you to prioritise remedial actions.

Most production boats are not truly Bluewater-ready. By selecting and prioritising the right system upgrades you can improve safety and optimise your yacht for your cruising schedule.
