Ryan is a successful individual with an extremely busy schedule. To really enjoy his yacht, he needs ownership to work on his terms. This is where White Dot Sailing help.

How White Dot Sailing Help

Ryan currently keeps his yacht in the Med. At the end of the summer when he has finished sailing, a small team from White Dot Sailing fly out and prepare the boat for winter. Typically, this means removing the sails, stowing everything away carefully and arranging lift-out and storage in a suitable yard.

At the beginning of the next season, Ryan lets us know where and when he plans to sail next, and the team return to the yacht to get her ready for the summer. We oversee the lift in, bend on the sails and unpack everything which has been stowed.

We then deliver the yacht to wherever Ryan requires. We treat the journey as a shake-down sail, allowing us to check all the lines are running smoothly, winches are working and repair or service anything we can along the way.

Finally, we make sure the yacht is clean above and below decks, fuelled up and filled with water and ready to go as soon as Ryan arrives.

Ryan says:

“As a family we take a few weeks of vacation each year on our boat. When we leave the boat, the team at White Dot Sailing will go to wherever it is, mothball it or whatever it is called until the next summer, when they’ll go back out, check it over and move it to wherever we want to sail that year.
